5 Star. Excellent service above and beyond by Gwilym at the Newtown branch. Had accident late yesterday which wrote my car off and going on holiday today so needed a hire car desperately. I phoned the Newtown number and even though they’re not usually open on Sunday Gwilym came to pick me up and arranged a car for me and was so pleasant and helpful. I’m eternally grateful. A credit to your company!
